Frontenac New Outlot Shell Building & Site Improvements
Location: Frontenac, MO
Size: 4,400 SF Shell Building and 1.5 acre site improvements
Architect: M + H Architects
Our project was to build a new out lot shell building with site improvements over a 1.5 acre site for 2 buildings consisting of grading, site utilities, concrete and asphalt paving, underground detention, and a bio retention rain garden, storm water, quality feature. This project included the construction of a 4,400-square-foot shell building for Panera Bread Company consisting of steel frame, masonry construction with glass fiber reinforced concrete cornice, exterior lighting and a fire protection system. A concrete building pad for Bricktops Restaurant was also include in this project.
